The thing nobody knows

Somebody wrote it in a review, and that is the only place it exists.

“They even provide free pick-up and delivery.” One line, in one customer's review, on a page this business does not control.

A dry cleaner that collects from your house and brings the clothes back is not doing the same job as a dry cleaner you have to drive to. It is the difference between an errand and no errand at all — and for anyone without a car, or with a small child, or working the hours most shops keep, it is the whole decision.

It is not written on a single page this business owns, because there isn't one. The word “even” in that review is the tell: the customer was surprised. They shouldn't have to be.
